These product terms describe baseline use rules for OutreachHub. Commercial order forms, subscription terms, data processing terms, and client-specific agreements may add or replace parts of this page.

Authorized Business Use

Users must be authorized to create or manage the business workspace, connect business-owned systems, submit credentials, publish content, and approve external write actions.

External Platforms

Google, Meta, Yelp, directories, CMS platforms, CRM systems, payment providers, and other third-party services have their own terms and API rules. OutreachHub workflows must not be used to bypass platform policies, impersonate users, scrape where prohibited, or publish unapproved content.

Content And Compliance

Clients are responsible for reviewing business claims, regulated-industry statements, testimonials, offers, privacy notices, accessibility requirements, and published content before external use. The platform includes approval gates and compliance checks, but they do not replace legal review.
