This notice explains the baseline privacy posture for OutreachHub. Client-specific privacy terms may apply when a business uses OutreachHub to collect feedback, manage reputation, publish content, or connect third-party systems.
Information Processed
- Account and business profile information, such as user name, email, business name, locations, and contact details.
- Customer feedback and review request information submitted by clients or public users.
- Operational metadata such as login events, support tickets, provider connection status, QR/NFC scans, analytics events, and audit logs.
- Client-provided credentials for connected sources, stored using encrypted credential handling where supported by the platform.
Use Of Information
Information is used to operate the platform, deliver subscribed modules, provide support, protect against misuse, maintain auditability, and generate client-approved content, reports, and workflow actions.
Sensitive Data
Users should not paste passwords, secret API keys, protected health information, payment card data, or other sensitive regulated data into support tickets, prompts, or free-text fields unless a specific approved secure workflow exists.
