Accessibility Statement
Effective May 9, 2026
OutreachHub is designed to support accessible use by clients, their staff, and public visitors. Our product target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical, with WCAG 2.1 Level AA treated as the minimum technical baseline for web accessibility work.
Accessibility Commitments
- Keyboard-operable navigation and form controls.
- Visible focus states and semantic headings, labels, buttons, and links.
- Color contrast, responsive layouts, and text that can be resized without loss of meaning.
- Accessible names for interactive controls, including rating widgets and generated public pages.
- Human review before publishing client-generated content where compliance risk exists.
Accommodation Requests
If you experience difficulty using any part of the platform, need information in another format, or need assistance submitting feedback, contact support@outreachhub.ai. Include the page URL, the assistive technology or browser involved when relevant, and the accommodation requested.
Third-Party Content
Some client websites, social platforms, directories, maps, embedded tools, and connected provider systems are controlled by third parties. We work to identify accessibility issues and route fixes where we can, but third-party interfaces may have separate accessibility obligations and remediation paths.
Ongoing Review
Accessibility is handled as an operational requirement. New templates, public feedback pages, landing pages, website studio output, and client-facing forms should be reviewed before go-live and after material design changes.
